организационная модель управления кризисами
МОК имеет организационную модель управления кризисами, которая может быть применена при необходимости во время Игр. Эта модель управления кризисами является согласованным механизмом, с помощью которого МОК (и, где применимо, организаторы Игр), может эффективно:
• предотвращать появление или развитие конкретных определенных рисков, угроз и проблем
• при возникновении кризисов управлять ими в целях сведения к минимуму их неблагоприятного влияния и предотвращения наихудших из возможных результатов. В МОК ответственным за управление кризисами на Играх является Президент МОК. Его роль заключается в управлении всеми аспектами оперативного инцидента или кризиса и работе с соответствующими специалистами в МОК для определения подходящих планов действий и рекомендации этих планов Исполкому МОК.

IOC has a crisis management organizational model to be implemented when necessary during Games. The crisis management model is an agreed mechanism for the IOC (with, where appropriate, Games organizers) to effectively and efficiently:
• prevent specific identified risks, threats and issues from occurring or developing
• if crises occur, manage them to minimize adverse impacts and prevent worst-case outcomes.the IOC, the IOC President is responsible for Games crisis management. His role is to manage all aspects of an operational incident or crisis, and work with relevant expertise in the IOC to identify suitable action plans and recommend these plans to the IOC EB.
